ART,
MEMORY
AND FUTURE

We expanded our work

and became an Institute as well.

Art, memory, and future. Instituto CURA is a civil society organization that brings CURA projects to life, committed to expanding horizons, maximizing resources, and positioning public art as a tool for social, cultural, and environmental change.

CURA was born on the streets, where art meets the public without barriers, ticketing, or formal invitations.

But sparking transformations also requires structure, coordination, and strategy. That’s why we connect the artistic ecosystem, public authorities, private companies, and society to amplify the impact of our projects, with attentive listening, care, and management guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

What We Believe In

We believe in public art as a driver of social, cultural, and environmental transformation. At Instituto CURA, we work to strengthen networks, expand dialogues, and support initiatives that leave a real legacy. Our commitment is to build a more just, diverse, and sustainable future, where art is a tool for change and resistance.

How We Work

Public art is not just about aesthetics—it’s measurable impact. Our Institute structures its actions based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially Goal 5 (gender equality), Goal 11 (sustainable cities), Goal 13 (climate action), and Goal 17 (partnerships for the goals).
